Description

INSTANT CHICKEN CURRY SAUCE Ingredients : Palm oil,Chili, Lemongrass, Shallot, Spices, Ginger, Sugar and Salt. 

 Cooking Instruction : 

1) Chicken/meat/fish 1kg, potato 200g, water 400ml (2 cups), thick coconut milk 300gm and a packet of IKAN BRAND Instant Fish Curry Paste. 

2) Mix Curry Paste together with chicken/meat and potato in a pot, cook till aromatic. Pour in water then bring to boil and lastly add in coconut milk. Use low heat cook until chicken/ meat is tender. (Approx. : 20 minutes) 

咖哩鸡即煮酱成份：植物油、辣椒、香茅、虾米、香料、姜、糖及盐 烹饪方式： 

1）１公斤肉类、马铃薯２００克、４００毫升或２饭碗的清水、３００克浓椰浆和１包IKAN BRAND 咖喱鸡即煮酱料。 

2）将肉类及马铃薯切片和酱料倒入锅用慢火炒香，加入清水待沸后加入椰浆。用慢火将肉煮至熟透即可享用。（约２０分钟）
