Description

ASSAM FISH PASTE Ingredient : Shallot, Edible Oil ,Chili,Lemongrass,sugar& salt. 

 Cooking Instruction : 

 To steam :Steam 600gm of fish for 10 minutes. Pour in 1 packet IKAN BRAND Assam Style Fish Paste. Let it steam for another 5 minutes. (Approx : 15 minutes) 

 To fry : Stir-fry 600gm of Prawn / Squid / Chicken together with 1 packet IKAN BRAND Assam Style Fish Paste . Add in 200ml water (1 cup). Continue cooking until boil and serve hot. 

亞參鱼酱料材料:葱、棕榈油、辣椒、香茅、亚参、糖和盐。 

 烹饪方式: 

蒸煮方式 :将600克魚蒸10分鐘,将一包IKAN BRAND亞參鱼酱料淋上后再继续蒸5分鐘,待熟后即可享用。(大約:15分鐘) 

炒方式:用慢火将600克 的 蝦、魷魚或雞肉以及一包IKAN BRAND亞參鱼酱料一块煮,加入200毫升或半碗清水,煮至沸腾待熟后即可享用
