PORTUGUESE STYLE STEAMED FISH SAUCE Ingredients : Chili, Shallot, Lemongrass, Edible oil,Sugar & Salt. 

 Cooking Instruction : 

 To Steam : Steam 600gm of fish for 10 minutes. Pour in 1 packet IKAN BRAND sauce. Let it steam for another 5 minutes. (Approx: 15 minutes) 

 To Fry : Stir-fry 600gm of Prawn / Squid / Chicken together with 1 packet IKAN BRAND sauce for 15 minutes. Continus cooking untill seafood is cooked. 

 葡萄牙蒸鱼酱成份: 辣椒、葱、 香茅、 盐,棕榈油、盐及糖。 

 烹饪方式: 

蒸法: 将600克鱼蒸10分钟,将一包IKAN BRAND葡萄牙蒸鱼酱料淋上再蒸5分钟。待熟后即可享用。(大约: 15 分钟) 

炒法: 用慢火将600克虾、苏东或鸡肉和一包IKAN BRAND葡萄牙蒸鱼酱料一起煮熟即可。
